What These Three Days Are Designed to Do
SATURDAY
CULTIVATING CLARITY
We gather for yoga and meditation to steady attention before breakfast. Mid-morning offers open integration time for rest, journaling or time along the creek. Morning silence is observed from wake-up until breakfast begins.
We reconvene for Qigong, cultivating embodied awareness through subtle movement.
After lunch and additional space for rest, we gather for a guided breathwork workshop. In a steady and supported environment, this session offers space to move through emotional and energetic patterns that may be shaping your pace, clarity and momentum.
The evening closes with a sound bath and intimate concert.
SUNDAY
INTEGRATION
We gather for a final yoga and meditation practice, grounding the work of the weekend and settling into a steadier rhythm. Morning silence is observed until breakfast begins.
After breakfast, we come together for a closing circle to reflect, name what has shifted and articulate what you are carrying forward.
You’ll leave with a renewed commitment to a daily grounding practice and clarity around one meaningful change you are ready to make.
Rooms are to be cleared by 12:00pm.
